Love Bird Accessories will happily exchange for change of mind or refund for faulty items. Please note for hygene reasons we are unable to exchange earrings for change of mind. Please contact Love Bird within 14 days of purchase if you have an issue with your order. All items are checked meticulously for quality before being sent. Customer satisfaction is Love Bird's utmost priority and we endeavor to keep our customers happy. Customer must pay return postage for exchanged items.
